Launched! The On London Guide to the elections for Mayor and Assembly 2024

Each time there’s a democratic contest to fill the hot seats at City Hall, top elections analyst Lewis Baston and I join forces to assemble the best guide we possibly can to the capital’s electoral landscape and how the competing candidates and parties are likely to fare on it.

This year is no exception and I am pretty thrilled to add that 2024 is the first year in which our guide is being sponsored. Leading communications agency Lowick is supporting the project. As well as being great news for On London this means the guide has been properly designed by my friends at Hutch Agency instead of me doing something decidedly DIY all by myself. And it also means it’s free!

So if you want to download one DO IT HERE.

Within you will discover which London Assembly constituency seats are most likely to change hands, how those complicated d’Hondt method maths work, and why the relative geographical distributions of support for Susan Hall and Sadiq Khan are more likely to resemble a Chelsea bun than a doughnut.

What more do you want? Thanks again to Lowick for joining in with this endeavour and to Hutch Agency for making it look so handsome.
